What do I do?

Help work wonders for sick kids by registering and setting up a fundraising target. Set a date between 1 November and 14 November, invite your guests, plan your fundraising activities and promote your support for the event through social media.

Do I have to host my Telethon Party on the evening of Nine Telethon?

Even though Nine Telethon is officialy on Saturday 14 November, we know this may not suit everyone so we encourage you to host a party anytime between 1 November & 14 November. All funds you raise will work wonders for sick kids.

Can I have a Children's Hospital Foundation representative attend my Workplace or School event?

This time of year is extremely busy for all staff preparing for Nine Telethon however please get in touch with the team at fundraise@childrens.org.au

I have hosted my party, how do I bank funds?

The easiest way for you to bank your funds is via your online fundraising page

I shared my fundraising page on Facebook and it prompted me to add a donate button, should I use this?

We are unable to track funds made through the donation button on Facebook. When you are prompted to add on a donation button we do advise against this as we cannot track these to your host Telethon Party page. If you share your unique page URL your connections can click that and be taken to a secure site for your Telethon Party and be issued with a Tax Deductible Receipt.

What and When is Nine Telethon?

Tune in on Nine Queensland from 3pm on 14 November, for a night full of inspirational stories from extraordinary kids, entertainment, celebrities, fun and laughter all from the comfort of your armchair. The Nine Telethon is now in its seventh year, and once again we’re calling on our amazing Queensland community to make a massive impact on the lives of sick kids and their families. Every dollar raised will fund life-saving medical research, vital new equipment, and entertainment and support programs that help sick kids get better and go home sooner.
