Morning Yoga for Children's Hospital Foundation

I'm fundraising for the Children's Hospital Foundation

June is a special month for me for many reasons. Two of those are my birthday and International Day of Yoga. When reflecting on the past year for myself and looking at the bigger impact I’m working to create with Mama Time Yoga, I’m inspired to give as much support as I can to children in hospital and their families. 

Children’s Hospital Foundation are already doing incredible work in this space to fund patient and family services so I wanted to raise money for them by inviting you all to attend my Morning Yoga Class on International Day of Yoga on Wednesday, 21st June at 6:30am. It’s a zoom class that will also be recorded and the entry fee is a donation of your choice to this important cause.

The class will be a gentle 30 minute wake up flow that is suitable for all levels including pre and postnatal students.

If yoga is not your thing, but you would still like to donate, please feel free.
