As Children's Hospital Foundation's Legacy Advisory, we exist to grow connections and foster meaningful relationships to leave a legacy of improved health outcomes for sick and injured children.
This year on 29 November, Queensland Children's Hospital will celebrate its 10th birthday and 10 years of care for Queensland kids.
We are asking our community to give a "tenner for the 10th" and help us change the outcomes possible for the thousands of kids who walk through the doors of the Queensland Children's Hospital each day.
For many, $10 is the cost of a morning coffee or takeaway lunch.
For kids in hospital, $10 can mean a craft pack to distract them during long hospital stays, bravery beads to recognise their strength and courage during a procedure or a free frozen meal for their parents during an emergency admission.
