I am fundraising for the Children's Hospital Foundation!
As many of you know the last couple of weeks have been nothing short of a Roller Coaster for us!
It all started on Monday July the 12th when were in Brisbane to investigate Aylah's Global Development Delay with her having an MRI Scan. What they found was a 5cm Tumour on the Brain which had to be operated on asap. As you can imagine at this point we were completing and utterly devastated and really didn't know what the future was for our baby girl and our family. Thankfully this was a benign Tumour and with the operation being a success Aylah has been given another chance of life and will grow and thrive!
The journey to where she is now is something I wish no parent has to endure. However, we have been truly blessed in so many ways and we feel incredibly lucky! Aylah has made an amazing recovery from your surgery and we are hoping it is onwards and upwards from here. But there are many many families and kids that this is not the case.
We are so very thankful for everyone that has reached out to us and offered their help and support. But if there is just one thing I can ask of you all is to donate to the Childers Hospital Foundation. The Queensland Children's Hospital and the doctors and teams that are there to support you are nothing short of amazing. They simply saved our little Peachy's life and with your support we would like to give something back so that they can continue to help families just like us!
