I'm fundraising for the Children's Hospital Foundation as part of my participation in Bike 4 Burns
In 2012, I was in a horrific accident that resulted in burns to 40% of my body; amongst other things, I benefited from new research developments during treatment. I know firsthand just how important research, equipment, and support services are to burn patients and their families.
I've created this page because I want to make a difference in any small way that I can. Thousands of children are treated every year for burns injuries and one third of these children require surgery.
I'm inspired by the work that the Children’s Hospital Foundation do, so I wanted to raise money for them to invest into burns research.
Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'donate' button. The more people that know about the Children’s Hospital Foundation, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.
