I am supporting sick children who are in hospitals, just like I was only 4 years ago.
140 TRIP – Every Step Has a Reason
From 1–7 April 2027, Tom and I will be taking on the 140 TRIP — a seven-day challenge covering approximately 145 kilometres from Noosa to South Bank, Brisbane, to raise $10,000 for the Children's Hospital Foundation.
This fundraiser means a lot to me personally. When I was 12 years old, I was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. I experienced firsthand what it was like to spend time in hospital and the challenges that come with being a sick child. I know how important it is to have support, encouragement and moments of happiness during such a difficult time.
Now, I want to turn that experience into something positive.
Every donation will help the Children's Hospital Foundation support sick and injured children and their families through vital research, equipment and programs that make a difference to young lives.
Whether it's $5, $20 or $100, every contribution helps us get closer to our goal. We're not just taking on a physical challenge; we're doing it for the kids and families who face challenges much bigger than ours.
Seven days. Approximately 145 kilometres. One reason: making a difference for sick kids.
