Your support is more than treatment. It's hope.
The research you fund today is shaping the future of paediatric care, improving treatment and recovery for generations of children to come.
The programs you support continue well beyond a hospital stay – building confidence, supporting wellbeing and helping children and families find strength long after their hospital stay.
As the need for care continues to grow, so too does the importance of what you make possible. On every ward, in every waiting room and across communities throughout Queensland, your kindness is helping create a community of care that surrounds children and families with both clinical excellence and compassionate support.
Your kindness helps the sickest kids get better, sooner.
Take a look at some incredible stories of how your generosity is helping sick kids get better, sooner.
National Families Week
Your generosity means we can help families find joy, comfort and connection. We were able to transform the Queensland Children's Hospital from a place of clinical care to a place of joy, wellbeing and comfort for an entire week.
Charlie - healing and thriving
At just 11 months old, Charlie was a happy-go-lucky,
curious young boy discovering the world around him –
until he pulled on the cord of a deep fryer, pouring
boiling oil onto himself.
Because of incredible supporters like you, Charlie has been able to heal and begin thriving in his childhood.
From reality TV to real impact
Former Married at First Sight Australia couple, Johnny and Kerry Balbuziente, are delivering real impact for Queensland’s sick kids – just like you.
As they transitioned into parenthood, they were inspired by the work of Children's Hospital Foundation and wanted to help sick kids get better, sooner.
