How do I register?
It’s free to register, just head to the register button at the top of the page and create your own personalised fundraising page. If you have any problems, just give the Community Partnerships team a call on 07 3606 6100 or email us at fundraise@childrens.org.au
What can I do?
You can do ANYTHING you want! From a bake sale to a belly dance the possibilities are endless.
If you are stuck for ideas, download a copy of our Christmas fundraising toolkit HERE to help inspire you!
Can I have a Children's Hospital Foundation representative attend my workplace or school event?
Depending on your location, we may be able to attend your fundraising event and talk about how we help sick kids and their families. Please get in touch with us on 07 3606 6100 or email us at fundraise@childrens.org.au and we will see if the team have capacity.
Please note this is a very busy time for our organisation, and we will do everything we can to support you, however we may not be able to attend every fundraiser.
I have hosted my fundraiser, how do I bank funds?
Congratulations on already completing your fundraising! The easiest way to bank your funds is via your online fundraising page
I’ve shared my fundraising page on Facebook, and it’s asked me to add a “Donate” button, should I use this?
We would recommend against this as we are unable to track funds made through the Facebook donation button. If you share your unique fundraising page URL link, your friends, family and community will be able to donate through this link and receive an email copy of their tax deductible receipt (note: any donation over $2 is tax deductible).
Where do the funds I raise go?
Every dollar raised will support sick and injured kids by funding vital research, new equipment and providing entertainment and support for children and their families in hospital.
Visit the Children's Hospital Foundation website to find out more.
How much do I need to raise?
There is no minimum amount to fundraise for the Children's Hospital Foundation. Every donation, big and small is greatly appreciated and will make a real difference to sick kids and their families.
