Where there’s a Will, There’s a Way

I'm fundraising for the Children's Hospital Foundation

I've created this page because I want to make a difference.

We would like to raise funds on behalf of William and his family (see William’s story below) for the many children and families that will need the support of this wonderful foundation.

~ Where there’s a Will, there’s a way. ~

“Hi. My name is William Paynter and I have Severe Aplastic Anemia. I normally live in Warwick with my mum, dad, and sister.

In October last year, I was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia. This means my bone marrow was not working as it should and I have since spent a lot of time in the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, getting treated.

After unsuccessful ATGAM treatment, several rounds of chemotherapy, one round of radiation, and many periods of isolation, I am currently recovering from a bone marrow transplant that I had on 25th of May. We have to wait 100 days before I can come back to Warwick.

I like to ride motorbikes and play Lego. My favourite tv show is Captain Underpants.

When this is all over, I look forward to getting my own motorbike, seeing my friends and getting out and about again.

The Children’s Hospital Foundation helps make hospitals a better and less scary place for kids like me.

Please help me help them by giving whatever you can using the 'donate' button. The more people that know about the Children’s Hospital Foundation, the greater their impact, so please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family.

Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
