I am getting active for the Children's Hospital Foundation
In June 2026, I will run across the various terrains of beautiful Australia to complete a 1000 km run from Brisbane to Sydney. This will be a multi-day event and will require every ounce of my grit and determination to complete. The days will be long, and will be the biggest test of my life. I will be aiming to complete in 8.5 days, hoping to break the current World Record of 10.5 days. I will run 110km per day. Starting in Brisbane botanical gardens and finishing in Sydney Harbour.
While the day's will be long, the sacrifice will be worth it, if we can together raise $5,000 for the Children's Hospital Foundation (CHF). The CHF is an incredible non-profit organisation based out of Queensland Children's Hospital which helps with broad picture care for sick kids, such as cancer research, all the way to the bespoke face-to-face help on the front lines through the incredible volunteer network that provides cuddle carers for babies under two, bedside play volunteers, paw play visits and emergency supplies for families.
Lets do it together and smash out this 1000 km! One step at a time!
